  • Minimum 3 -5 years of experience as a Technical Support Engineer or similar role
  • BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent

  • Good understanding of VoIP or traditional telephony
  • Working knowledge of networking industry, Routers, Switches, firewall products and protocols is a must.

Technical Account Manager

  • Serve as a first point of contact to manage multiple accounts during implementation phase
  • Engage with customer’s executives to understand and document customer requirements
  • Technical familiarity with system features and use
  • Customize our solution according to customer’s requirements
  • Work hands-on to perform initial configuration of the customer’s system

Inside Sales Representative

Inside Sales Representative is responsible for supporting assigned channel partners (VARs) within their region and for developing and increasing our sales to these partners by communicating our offerings effectively. You will be assisting our partners with customer demonstrations and quotes to help them close business deals.
