Zultys is expanding its sales organization. We need experienced candidates with a successful track record as an Inside Sales Representative. The Inside Sales Representative supports the Regional Sales Manager and strengthens relationships with Channel Partners/VARs in the Rocky Mountain Region. The Region covers Wyoming, Montana, Utah, Idaho, Washington and Hawaii. This role focuses on driving sales growth, partner engagement, and customer satisfaction while contributing to the region’s overall business plan.
Responsibilities
- Must reside in the Rocky Mountain territory, preferably in Utah or Washington
- Coordinate with the Regional Sales Manager to target and pursue new opportunities.
- Support distribution partners, TSDs, and assist VARs with orders and support needs.
- Handle remote customer interactions to support field sales.
- Work with internal teams to ensure timely, accurate order processing.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Assist partners with quotes and competitive positioning.
- Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and identify additional sales opportunities.
- Consistently achieve or exceed assigned regional quotas.
- Support training and onboarding for new and existing partners.
- Manage pipeline and forecasts, providing weekly updates.
- Conduct product demonstrations and assist in closing sales.
- Complete administrative tasks as assigned.
- Collaborate on building and executing the regional business plan.

Experience
- Inside Sales experience selling hosted and premise-based Unified Communications or Contact Center solutions preferred.
- Proven sales success in Inside Sales or similar roles.
- Experience with CRM systems and MS Excel.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
