Meet ZAC


The team at Zultys has worked tirelessly to take a concept for a new product that would bring together all the tools necessary for successful collaboration and make it a reality. This idea led to the birth of a new member of the Zultys family last year. We called it ZAC.

ZAC, Zultys Advanced Communicator, is not just a tool to improve interoffice communication; as we worked to perfect the new member of our family for our customers, ZAC became a part of our team.

Today’s ZAC 3.0 introduces more powerful and robust features based on your feedback. ZAC has matured and is ready to assist your business with time saving and useful unified communications features. ZAC is the basis that we will deliver our new complete unified collaboration suite on.

ZAC is a new Unified Communications/Collaboration client that brings power and ease of use to help teams collaborate more efficiently. ZAC combines standard call control and real time status with team collaboration to simplify and enhance team communications.

  • Easy access to presence, instant messaging, voice mail, and contacts

  • Robust voicemail notification rules that allow you to determine how voice messages are handled. Want to receive your voice mails in your e-mail, on your phone, how about both? No problem, ZAC can do it all!
  • Send and receive FAX messages from within ZAC, eliminating the need for clunky FAX machines while simultaneously saving on paper
  • Click a button during a call to record the conversation—and it doesn’t matter whether you forgot to click the button until the last five seconds of the call, the entire conversation from the beginning will be saved in the voicemail section of the application
  • Schedule conferences and collaborative online meetings right from the ZAC screen. If you and your coworker find that you need to turn a two person conversation into a group discussion, you can turn your call into a conference session and add attendees on the fly. To collaborate online with coworkers or host webinars, ZAC integrates with our MXmeeting application and supports both scheduling events in advanced or ad-hoc meetings.
  • ZAC also works in tandem with Microsoft Outlook. ZAC can look up contact information in the list of registered contacts in your Outlook. Meanwhile when you are sending or receiving an email to a coworker who also uses ZAC, a colorful indicator that reflects their current Presence state will appear next to their name—so if your boss’s status is red, you should know not to expect an immediate answer to your email.
  • Support for Call Group functionality. Agents can log into multiple call groups and handle incoming and outgoing calls for their call groups in ZAC.
  • Supported on Microsoft Surface Pro 4 Devices
  • ScreenDial feature allows a user to highlight a telephone number in any application and have ZAC dial the highlighted number.
  • Full support for Plantronics HUB software.

How do project teams stay connected, with ZAC of course! Group chat messaging insures that teams can collaborate effectively regardless of their geographic location. Team users can post ideas, proposals, and tasks and be assured that the entire team sees them.
