Zultys Announces Hardware as a Service Offering at Channel Partners Conference and Expo

SUNNYVALE, CA — April 3, 2025 — Zultys, a leading provider of omnichannel unified communications with an integrated contact center, announced the launch of its Hardware as a Service (HaaS) offering last week at the Channel Partners Conference & Expo in Las Vegas. HaaS is a premise-based deployment that can be delivered with premise hardware alone or as a true hybrid unified communications solution. It emulates the traditional UCaaS delivery model by including business telephone services and predictable per-user, per-month pricing, giving customers a flexible alternative to large capital expenditures.

Zultys uniquely offers the same product, interface, and user experience regardless of deployment type, so HaaS users benefit from the full control of an on-premise system with the agility of cloud — all while enjoying the same powerful product. Instead of a large upfront hardware investment, customers can now access a high-performance, enterprise-grade business communication solution — including phones and PBX equipment — through a monthly service with added business continuity options.
