On November 14, 2023 Intel published security advisory INTEL-SA-00950 detailing a potential security vulnerability in some Intel Processors which may allow escalation of privilege and/or information disclosure and/or denial of service via local access. The vulnerability is detailed in CVE-2023-23583.

The Zultys MX-Virtual product is not directly impacted by this vulnerability but the underlying virtualization environment may be if hosted on Intel processors. Customers and channel partners should ensure any hardware utilizing impacted Intel processors is updated as per Intel’s recommendations.
