ZAC 10.2.4 introduces Electronic Hook Switch (EHS) integration for Yealink wireless and USB headsets on both Windows and macOS, allowing ZAC softphone users to answer and control calls directly from a compatible Yealink headset. Supported Yealink “UC” model headsets include WH7x series DECT headsets connected through their associated bases or a WDD60 DECT-to-USB dongle, BH7x series Bluetooth headsets connected through a compatible Yealink Bluetooth dongle, and UH4x/UH3x series wired USB headsets.
The update also resolves a small number of issues identified in earlier ZAC versions.
