ThinkTel’s SIP Trunking Solution Earns Certification for Zultys IP Phone Systems
Customers using Zultys MX product line to enjoy top-tier voice over SIP with fewer points of failure
Canadian business telecom provider ThinkTel Communications today has announced the certification of its market-leading SIP Trunking solution for Zultys IP Phone Systems. ThinkTel was confirmed for interoperability with Zultys MX platform through a battery of exhaustive tests and has been certified for all aspects of functionality, including call flow, DTMF transmission reliability and recognition, and voice quality.
“We’re excited about our recent certification with Zultys and their innovative SIP-based Unified Communication solution, and we’re looking forward to introducing it to our customers,” ThinkTel CEO Dave Damer commented on the certification. “We’ve demonstrated that Zultys’ pure SIP Phone System works perfectly on ThinkTel’s new nationwide CLEC network and we’ve built our network for SIP, so it’s a great fit that eliminates legacy technology to save businesses time and money.”
Certification of Zultys MX product line with ThinkTel’s next-generation SIP Trunking product over their coast-to-coast dedicated IP voice network allows companies to reduce points of failure. ThinkTel’s highly redundant network combined with Zultys’ industry-leading IP Phone systems provides peace of mind to companies that are looking for a system that is reliable, intuitive and of the highest quality.
Zultys Chief Sales and Marketing Officer Steve Francis added: “Our MX product line has been SIP-capable at both the trunk and station side from its inception, as the company management has always believed in the ultimate adoption of this protocol within the business market place. Partnering with ThinkTel enhances our ability to deliver the benefits of VOIP end to end.”
