MX250: Enterprise Class IP PBX

At the heart of our platform  stands the superb Zultys MX250 IP PBX. This award winning Enterprise class phone system goes well beyond what the usual competition delivers. For starters, and unlike everyone else, we have preloaded this 2U Rack-mountable secure appliance with more software than most mid size or even large size businesses can use, all while retaining a 99.999%  reliability factor.

The MX250 is so incredibly efficient that it does NOT require external file servers. Furthermore, and also unlike the rest, our interface (called MXIE) is not just a bunch of 3rd party applications or a suite of applications that must be loaded. Our  multi platform CTI, is one application (not 5 or 10) that runs the ENTIRE suite of applications, such as operator console, Find me Follow me, Cell phone twinning, Fax Server, Call Recording, Blackberry or iphone Integration, Outlook and Exchange integration, IVR, Inbound call center and DOZENS of other features, all that can be run on a 64 bit or 32 bit windows or MAC or Linux PC. Want more? We even support Terminal Services and Citrix for a true enterprise play.

The MX250, also unlike the competition does NOT need a gateway to have SIP. 60 SIP trunks can come right into the unit to provide least cost routing, or failover from the T1 or PRI or to bring in area codes from other markets. And speaking of PRI and T1, here again, we do not need yet another gateway (and another point of failure), to integrate these connections. The MX250 has three slots available, allowing you to have multiple PRIs, T1, E1, even legacy Analog lines, Analog station devices, ISDN BRI and SIP. And all can work together.

The MX250 also has RAID 1 mirrored hard drives architected to be a field replacement unit. Should a mirrored drive fail, simply slide it out with NO tools. All interfaces and drives use thumb screws. Even our fan has redundancy built-in (two fans).

Not ready for a pure IP play? When you order the MX250 with a T1/PRI interface, you get two T1/PRI interfaces. This allows you to TIE your existing legacy PBX with the state of the art MX250 without losing your initial investment. No forklift upgrades with Zultys. Use the existing infrastructure and upgrade when you are ready – but run the entire system on the MX250, and start taking advantage of features like fax servers, or advanced Inbound Call Center, IVR or Call Attached Data and so much more.

And speaking of Enterprise, when adding the XRS-12, the MX250 becomes a unit that can fail even your T1/PRI to another unit seamlessly and transparently. We even have our OWN Backup Power Supply (Called the BPS-12) that will not only allow you to have 6 MX250 on it, but will keep the unit running for 8 hours in case of a total brown out , including sysloging any event that comes up and thus alerting the IT person in your group

Last, every MX250 comes with MONITORING included. With the press of one key you can attach to our monitoring centers in silicon valley. This allows our Engineers to constantly supervise and insure that your unit is running perfectly at all times. MXcluster™

The MXcluster™ application provides an easy means of multiplying the system’s capacity of users, resources and services. Up to four MX systems may be connected together to create a single IP PBX for the support of up to 1000 users in a single system. Once clustered, all systems are managed as a single system through the Administrator UI application. An additional MX system may be configured to provide full-scale redundancy for any system in the MXcluster™.
