 The MXconference™ private audio bridge service is a software feature for Zultys’ IP PBXs that eliminates the need for costly recurring subscription-based conference services, and requires no additional hardware.
The optional MXconference feature is activated by licensing, meaning you only pay for what you need, and can easily scale your license if you need more capacity. By simply adding MXconference to your company’s existing MX system licenses you can make as many conference calls as you need and focus on meeting your customer’s need instead of worrying about compromising your company’s bottom line.
MXconference is fully integrated with the MXIE™desktop Unified Communications client, and uses a simple management window to schedule, manage and launch audio conferences through basic point-and-click commands — whether they are “on demand” or planned weeks in advance.
The intuitive multi-platform MXIE GUI integrates and manages all of your communications functions, including presence status, all your phone calls, Instant Messaging and visual voicemail. MXconference combines with all of these tools and functions to provide you a powerful personal communications experience that boosts productivity, and saves time and money.

MXconference AND MXmeeting — Your Complete Collaboration Solution
MXconference also interfaces with the MXmeeting web conference system. When you schedule an audio conference you can also choose to schedule an interactive, collaborative web conference. When you start your conference session MXIE will automatically launch an ad-hoc MXmeeting web conference tied to the internal audio conference bridge.
The 4-in-1 MXmeeting appliance (not required to use MXconference) plugs right into your network and allows people to join a collaborative web conference.
