Touchstone Program

The Zultys Touchstone Program is the key part of our efforts to help both our VARs and Zultys understand the needs of the market, receive feedback on our products and your services, and to provide a means for VARs to earn co-operative advertising and marketing funds. The Touchstone Program is designed to assist participating authorized VARs in earning a percentage of their quarterly purchases in Touchstone Rewards marketing funds. These funds may be used for any approved marketing activity to help the VAR promote his Zultys-related business in his marketplace.

How does it work?
This voluntary program for Zultys VARs is a survey program of customers. Zultys works with a third party organization to contact and assess Zultys and the Zultys VAR’s performance during the sales, installation and support efforts. The survey was designed to quantify end user satisfaction, as well as give Zultys objective feedback that is valuable in planning future developments of the MX product line. These survey questions include:

  • Does the MX product meet your needs?
  • How would you rate the efficiency and professionalism of your installation?
  • What is the most beneficial feature of the MX product for your organization?
  • Can you suggest additional features that you would like to see added to the MX product?
The responses from these surveys provide both Zultys and our Touchstone Authorized VARs with the feedback we need to continue to improve our product offerings and our support of those products. Additionally, by speaking to customers on an on-going basis, brand awareness of the Zultys name and MX product line will increase, customer by customer.

In addition to the Touchstone Rewards marketing funds and the objective feedback of their customers, participating Touchstone VARs earn the right to use the exclusive Touchstone VAR logo in all its marketing programs, as well as on their letterhead, business cards, truck wrapping, or any other place that will give you the maximum exposure as a member of this high-level program. This identifies the VAR as a member of an elite group of VARs that promote customer satisfaction as their #1 product.

VARs receive quarterly Touchstone Report Cards, letting them know how their customers rated them, and providing a statement of current Touchstone Rewards available to spend. This input from your customer is invaluable to you in running your company and improving your overall business practices.
