"I personally spoke to 10 vendors, and settled on the Zultys MX250 IP PBX solution because of the following factors:

  1. Cost – I did not have to buy a  $500K  50-5000 user system from Cisco or ShoreTel that required separate servers for each function, ie.. Voicemail had to have its own server. The MX250 is self Contained and scalable to the Enterprise.
  2. Implementation time – Cisco gave me a 6 – 9
    month rollup to installation time.  Zultys' local
    reseller NLI did it in 4 days!
  3. Reliability – each MX250 is independent of
    the others if one goes down the whole phone
    system is not out.
