Neil Lichtman
Chief Executive Officer

Neil Lichtman is a telecom veteran who has led both private and publicly held companies over his 25 years in the telecom industry.  He's grown both sales and profitability of all the companies that he has led. 

Neil previously was the President of Vertical Communications SES business unit, CEO of Comdial, Senior Vice President of Inter-Tel and President of Claricom Holdings.

Vladimir Movshovich
Chief Technology Officer

Vladimir Movshovich is one of the original founders of Zultys and has 22+ years of experience managing engineering and software projects for high-tech companies. His experience includes senior positions at Zarak Systems, which was subsequently acquired by Spirent, as well as at Moscow Tomography Labs and Remote Sensing Institute.  Mr. Movshovich graduated with honors from the Moscow Telecommunication University with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Telecommunications Engineering.

Pierre Kerbage
Senior Vice President, Global Sales

Pierre Kerbage has been an entrepreneur for over 26 years. He has founded 4 successful companies from the ground up, mainly in the Managed IT Services, Multimedia and Telecom. He was successful in developing all of them to the fastest growing company status in their State and region as well as reaching the Inc. 5000 Index. He is extremely familiar with the channel as he worked in it and managed it for over 2 decades, and is used to managing mid size teams and sales executives, as well as working with owners of companies on complex projects.

He initially joined Zultys in September 2008 as the SouthEast Regional Sales Director and has been very successful in helping resellers grow their businesses. Pierre Kerbage holds multiple advanced degrees including a Masters Degree in Computer Science.

Michael Troflianin
Vice President, Manufacturing

With more than 20 years of experience in engineering and manufacturing, Michael Troflianin leads engineering support for Zultys manufacturing. Mr. Troflianin's job is to maintain the smooth supply of Zultys products under strict cost and quality control, establishing manufacturing processes at contract manufacturing facilities overseas, improving test strategies and participating in new design introductions.

Prior of joining Zultys, Mr. Troflianin founded and co-founded two successful companies, which provided design services to Hitachi, KLA-Tencor, Applied Materials MRS and other customers. Before that, he held managerial and senior engineering positions at two high tech companies, Metawave Communications and Guzik Technical. His career started at the Research Institute of Television and Broadcasting, where he headed a research group that contributed to the development of the first professional digital video tape recorder.

Mr. Troflianin graduated with honors from the Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics with a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.

Albert Umyarov
Director, Engineering

Albert Umyarov is a seasoned engineering expert with more than 20 years of telecommunications and IT systems and design experience. Mr. Umyarov is responsible for leading the design and delivery of Zultys IP PBX and Unified Communications products. Albert joined the Zultys team early in the company’s history and led the development of the MX25 and MX30 IP PBX products, as well as designing critical core software and features for the MX250 and other Zultys VoIP products. Prior to Zultys he led software design efforts at Spirent Communications and was a senior software engineer for SBS-AGRO Bank.  Mr. Umyarov graduated with honors from Kazan State University (Russia) with a Master's degree in Radiophysics and Electronics.
